You can speed up the repair process with your own personal computer. Follow these instructions below to perform a “random act of kindness” for your community.
Using your Internet connection, navigate to www.progress-energy.com. - Choose FLORIDA under the RESIDENTAL box and click on GO.
- Scroll down to NEEDS, ELECTRIC SERVICE in the center panel.
- Click on REQUEST STREETLIGHT/AREA LIGHT REPAIR.
- Enter your own customer information in the first section (only items in red).
- Enter the LIGHT information.
- Enter the PROBLEM WITH LIGHT information. You can leave the gate code blank.
- Click on the SUBMIT button. You will get an email confirmation that your repair request has been
